Magnus did his best in the opening to show that he DEFINITELY wasn't using an engine.

The engine can always starts from any crappy position and tell you the best moves the cheater may not play. A super GM just need one move at a crucial time to win a game. I am just counter checking your assumption, not suggesting at all that Magnus is a cheater. The man beats everyone on the board, not just online.

It's especially funny how Magnus is the one doing this, because Magnus is the one person no one could seriously accuse of cheating in the first place. His normal playstyle is so human that the engines often dislike what he's doing. He understands that there's a strict limit to how much a human opponent can perceive, so he makes "bad" moves to complicate the board state. He forces his opponent out of their prep and theory to make the game more about positional understanding and quick calculations. It's an extremely powerful strategy which engines have no understanding of.

Kramnik should have pushed an extra pawn in the centre in the opening, but Carlsen’s flexible out of book approach confused him. He reached a position where Carlsen’s early pawn moves looked fitted well into his position and Kramnik had few attacking options.

Magnus seems to pick the lines that make him worse at the beginning but if followed by a couple more common sense moves from both parties, he gets an advantage further on. I feel like the fact that people find it disrespectful to play like this hurts only themselves. Everybody will study against strong lines, nobody will ever study against what Magnus plays.

I don’t think he used to play like this earlier on. He used to be extremely accurate engine wise, but I think he’s just tired of winning so he just uses different strategies to throw his opponents off their theoretic game and use more of their intuition. Feels like he got extremely bored and chess is too easy for him so he makes it more difficult on himself and others so he can keep his mind busy.

In his mind it is a good opening. You can get away with openings like that if you are familiar with the weaknesses (and the strengths). I don't know exactly what those are on that level but some small bits can be deciphered. He wants to sac his pawn on the c line so that he can put his bishop there. Without the bishop from the king side of the board white may [at some stage] pin the knight to the queen with his bishop. Normally you put your bishop between the knight and the queen but then he would have to move his bishop twice and retreat from the attack. Therefore he starts with the h pawn. The second pawn move is to let his bishop out. Then he does the same on the left side of the board containing whites other bishop and knight while creating space to develop his bishop on b7 and his queen on c7. This is such a terrifying battery that he doesn't care what white does. I'm sure there are a few things white can do to which he would respond differently, (like castling on the queen side) but for 90% of the possible positions he would play all those pawn moves. Kramnik puts his pieces in the strongest positions making him much to predictable for magnus. For each piece in a weaker position Magnus either has a plan or he will figure something out to punish it.

Kremnik should definitely plays Dubov-Nepomniatchi knight gambit. You open with knight on F3, your oponent react with move KF6 then you place your knight on D4, your oponent can play great defensive knight maneuver on D5 then you involved second knight, but when your oponent involved second knight with imediate threat of checkmate in 150 moves you understand there is nothing to be done for progress in game and start retreating your ponies to the stable and make draw. Acording to statistician is 100% chance to get draw.

The America of whiskey and cigars. Slick videos analyzing Magnus only 10 minutes long. Enjoyed!

Magnus chess is other worldly. Anyone who doesn't realise how superior he is in the history of chess are beyond deluded. He's the greatest, I watched Kasparov and Fisher live in in their prime. He'd destroy them, easily. He's another level. Unquestionable GOAT.
