finally finished this edit!! started working on it since I make new memories came out and I am so happy with the outcome! As someone who loves parallels, it was so fun (& emotional) making this! I hope u guys like it!
also the finale!? the cliffhanger!?? I can’t wait for season 4!
just some rambling but I faced so many problems making this, my editor crashed and I lost my progress when I was almost done and then another editor I use to add effects stopped working after updating it and, now I’m on a search for a free editing software so if u have any recommendations please let me know…! preferably something similar to Sony Vegas.

Freddie had to fail twice to realize that his heart always has and always will belong to Carly. This boy has loved this girl since the moment he met her, and it only took her 15 years to realize it. Yes, being "just friends" with her was agonizing at times. Being rejected by her was worse. But with time, she came to see that Freddie was always there to pick up the pieces, regardless of whether or not she felt the same way about him. And _that's_ the foundation of their relationship. It's a romance that's built on a strong friendship. "Being your friend isn't a consolation prize. It's the best thing I get to be."

Holy cow. I don't think I've ever seen a couple/video that this song fits more. It really does feel like a thousand years in the making, and your editing drives that feeling home flawlessly. And it's so refreshing to see an artfully put together fan vid again after seeing so many TikTok-style shorts where all a person has to do is slap a few clips together and let an app do most of the work. You can actually see that this took time and thought and effort, and it pays off so well. Beautiful job.

I definitely took advantage of their whole relationship when I was younger and never truly understood it until now. When I was a kid I just wanted to see their fun web show stuff and see the fun adventures that they would go on. The love triangle never really appealed to me. Now I see how much it means to these characters I grew up loving. I'm gonna give this reboot another chance. This edit is absolutely beautiful and I see now just how much these characters have grown and how much they love each other. Great edit and amazing parallels to the original show in the reboot. ❤❤❤

i use Sony Vegas and VN, but I’m also kinda interested in learning Davinci Resolve. I get some clips from my friend who probably downloads them but I record some as well, but there also might be accounts on Instagram with logo less screen caps I’m not sure about that tho.
