I caught that, too. And she looked right at the camera after that and changed her face once she realized what she just did. Until that point, as a mother, I felt for her. When she did that, I saw the manipulation. She let her facade slip for a minute. That showed her thought process. Chilling.

@@denise8791One could argue that anyone who murders is mentally unwell. So why does the sick psychopath get a chance at “getting help” and doing this again while the victim had their whole life ripped away from them for no reason? Where I’m from there’s a guy who cut off someone’s head on a greyhound bus in front of everyone on it. Everyone present is traumatized for life, some responders had to quit working after that. Oh but guess what? He wasn’t taking his meds that day so it’s ok. He “got help”, was released with a new name and isn’t required to report to anyone about taking his meds after destroying so many lives. That’s fair to you because he was mentally unwell? I’m going to say it - you shouldn’t be allowed to take another breath on this earth after killing someone like that. I don’t care how mentally unwell you are.

This is a CHILD. Peoples brains are mature at an age of 25. They are impulsive, cannot oversee the consequences. And then being tried as an adult?! Commit murder is one of the worst criminal offences BUT there is always an explanation for it. And that is something else than an excuse. @@araehquinlan5134 I wish I could. I can tell you what neighbors have said but it’s not 1st hand from me, yet. Supposedly very very very strict parents, especially her mom. Lots of people are thinking that something bad and ugly was going on behind their closed doors 🚪. Maybe they are just trying to make sense of it but idk anything for certain. But with that said we live in a county that doesn’t play around at all. All she would have had to do is tell a teacher a friend or someone and they would have been on them immediately like flies on poo. Fortunately it’s looking like we’re going to have some real transparency in this case. And they’re moving it along very quickly compared to the other states and trials. I’m leaning towards they didn’t do anything to her bc we’re seeing her face at her age. Idt she is mentally unstable either. She’ll be tried as a sane adult bc the judges would have never let her face out otherwise. Having your phone taken away is not grounds for a double execution. If Ykwis. She called her lil friend over after she called her stepdad to come home and showed off her mom. The dad was pulling up and she got him in the shoulder as she tried to finish him, he struggled with her and got her weapon out of her hands and she ran around the neighborhood for 30 minutes until they found her. I wonder what set of grandparents are standing behind her. No one has spoken of her bio dad yet that I’m aware of. Maybe his parents but not sure. I’ll be digging over the next few weeks to come for sure. Hopefully some of this helps with your question.

If this is so , she should of received more help and why was this not given to her immediately. I secretly think by watching the live broadcast of her compentancy hearing , that she regrets murdering her mum and trying to murder her step dad but her deadly actions can not be undone . Why does there have to be someone or something to blame Psychopaths are born that way
@ElleDuderino
@ElleDuderino 3 күн бұрын
@@robingagan6288 bc it’s way more likely something was done to this child. Psychopathy is incredibly rare and even more rare for them to be born that way rather than having developed those symptoms after having experienced trauma in some way. I know this bc I’m a former forensic psychologist.

@@ElleDuderino that's interesting. I didn't realize psychopathy was something that could be developed later in life. I also thought they were born with these characteristics ingrained in their genetic makeup. Or are you saying you don't think it's psychopathy, it's potentially something else? The idea that trauma can rewire the brain is fascinating to me in itself.

friggin defense attorneys.. how do you live with yourselves on cases like this. its like a team that got together to come up with an excuse why you didn't do your homework. too many murderers get away with it because some attorney came up with the best "my dog ate it" bs excuses. that's disgusting.

We could say that ANYONE who kills are insane. Sometimes people know right from wrong and simply don't care or they know they'll be able to rely on certain privalege and excuses to get out of repercussions. Please stop using the "they must be insane" viewpoint just because it was heinous and crazy.

I keep expressing my thoughts. Why do women look for other men after staying alone after a divorce or after they stay widowed or just alone? Why do women go with other men who are not the father of their children?? Happiness is within you. You don't need anyone. All you need to do is care for your children by yourself. I believe this case could have been prevented.

They say psychopaths are born & sociopaths are made. Imo, child psychopaths are capable of being more dangerous than the adults bcs they know they are minors & count on that to get away with more. They can manipulate easily, playing the role of innocent child & are bigger risk takers with less inhibitions. This girl looks like an innocent little child, but she sat there listening to & understanding everything she heard, smiling when the judge said she is very intelligent. Just an observation. I vote she is competent & likely very calculating. Kids these days are different, good or bad. And it seems as if evil has learned how to manifest like never before. Probably bcs we've allowed it to in our culture & society like never before.
