Not slower really that much, more gentle groove than edm groove haha. Changing note duration around and flows of the song make things seem slower

I haven’t heard the studio version but this sounds like disco/dance clubbish. Not really my thing, but she sounds good. Backup singers cool too. But MOST importantly: I dig the short blonde hair.

You missed EMOTION which was Carly's last album and that was in 2015 and she came out with EMOTION Side B a year after that in 2016 which had unreleased songs from that album that didn't make the final cut, one of them was "Cut To The Feeling" which came out two years ago in 2017 and if you've heard of Fuller House (a reboot of the sitcom Full House from the late 1980s and early 90s) Carly sings the theme song for that show on Netflix and Cut To The Feeling can be heard in the movie Leap which is an animated film she was in. This "Now That I Found You" song is her latest song for her new album Dedicated which is coming out next month and she released three other new songs in recent months : "Party For One" "No Drug Like Me" and the newest one is "Julien".
