Think again… Carly Simon had to lower the key on some of her other hits. “Nobody Does It Better” was lowered a step and a half, and “You’re So Vain” was lowered a half-step.

This first came out just after I had got back together with an ex who had stomped my heart into the ground 3 months earlier, I found it very poignant. Fortunately he didn't do it again.

I've loved this woman since I was 12 and first heard No Secrets on a stereo at the house where my sister was babysitting. Things come and go in life, but Carly Simon has stayed with me for many, many years. I'm so glad to have found this wonderful musician at almost the start of her career and have followed her through her many years of success. You're a gem, Carly Simon.
