nogogma, Yes I do get answers back, no the answers don't usually come as they would if you and I were in a room talking, but the answers do come, most of the time. Sometimes the answers come many days, or even months later, sometimes I don't get an answer. I have prayed for hours at a time, until I felt that it wasn't necessary to pray any longer. Sometimes I will get good outcomes from my praying, sometimes I do not, and sometimes I am not sure what kind of outcome happens.

Jesus wants us to be like him, perfect if we can be, loving the ones who hate us as he would. This can be hard to understand, but it can be done. Jesus here is telling a parable, he was talking about a nobleman who had made himself king. Jesus was saying to the people what the nobleman had said to the people in his kingdom. His parable is illustrating that Christ will come again, when he does he will set up his kingdom and some will go to eternal life and others will go to eternal punishment. He is not telling his followers to kill his enemies.

Jesus was teaching this to his diciples, and yes, he does teach us this. It seems you are very bitter toward Christianity and Christians.
