Lived out there for 6 years, the best time of my life!

Carmel has always reminded me of small Italian towns. Small streets with shops down alleyways. A very expensive town. Most one or two bedroom houses start at about 2 million. I was blessed to have been in the Army at Fort Ord and always had something to do in the surrounding areas. Salinas is where we settled for 10 years.

This is my favorite! Well they all are, but I can see myself living in that quaint little town of Carmel By The Sea! I loved the small walking streets, the cafe’s, all of it. I also enjoyed your ride through the Reserve, the views were spectacular!

Looks like an English Village

Whoever filmed this, picked the wrong time of day to do so. Most of the images are glary and flat and don't show this area as it should.

Omg I plan on visiting sometime this year but don't know when the most favorable time is to visit. I want to go when it's warm. How many days do you recommend tourists to visit? I feel like I need at least two days for the full experience. It's so beautiful. It's gonna be my first time visiting :)
