Means he is nearly as good of a shooter as an NBA player who shoots over 40% from 3 however being a head shorter than melo would make it much harder to get that many shots off in any professional league.

Best shooting form of all time. 2nd is Tmac, MJ then Kobe. Melo is in my top spot because he doesn’t fully extend his arms and his left hand barely touches the ball it just “guides” it. I could watch it all day 🔥

Would have had one in like 07 when he was averaging 32 ppg but the league hated and suspended him for 15 games for 1 punch that isiah Thomas instigated and he lost his rhythm when he came back after like a month and change of not playing he ended up with 28.9 but if he never got into that fight he would have ended up with like 32 or 33 a game

@@NACentDSTM The suspension wasn't the main reason, it was because Denver got Iverson. They were both 1st(Melo) and 2nd(AI) in scoring prior to the trade and sharing the ball with each other obviously means fewer points for each.

@@chowderchowdown nah he was taking virtually the same amount of shots he was taking before the suspension but was shooting low 40% he was out of rhythm and it took around ten games for him to get it back into rhythm where he was high 40% to 50% regularly again even had a few 60% games . Him being out of rhythm is what dropped his attempts and when he picked up again it was more about making the playoffs than him getting the title since they was on a huge losing streak . And then when he got his rhythm back they went on a win streak to end the season and ended up with the 6th seed

@@chowderchowdown that’s the next season smh we are talking about the season he could have and should have won the scoring title the next season it was a equal distribution so it made sense for him to lose touches but melo was already the scoring leader it didn’t make sense for him to lose his touches if he was already going to win the scoring title which is why his touches didn’t drop yet . You are comparing apples to oranges .it was a fresh season and they was trying to win vs a season that was half way over already with melo having his greatest season of his career . A.I knew the implications of melo being the scoring leader which is why in the interview j.r smith said when a.I got there he said told everybody to pass melo the ball or him the ball and get the f out the way
