Everyone always shits on carmine, they should be more appreciative, there's not too many other players actively accept the losing side of RP and help it roll on. Carmine obviously wanted to give the members of cg an opportunity to escape cause without that shining hope it would of been extremely boring.

Truth be told this is the cops fault for butting heads with the doc instead of trying to support a newly formed branch of their judicial tree. I'm gonna miss Dogtown, it was the most unique part of 4.0 with it's intense but confined chaos. It could of been better if the cops tried to partner with carmine, the cops could of done academy's and live training with the inmates. If doc had police support the prison break wouldn't of happened, or at least it wouldn't of been so easy. But the cops didn't want to share power or authority and now Max wants to stroke his ego and keeps making the city less and less desirable.
