Mi nombre es Yvonne Mensah soy Cocinera de corazón y mi pasión es cocinar y enseñar lo que aprendi de mi santa madre y mis abuelas.Soy puertorriqueña, nacida y criada en mi preciosa Isla del Encanto, pero ahora resido con mi esposo en Ghana,Africa . Soy una mujer casada ,con un hombre maravilloso y soy madre de cinco hijos, dos hombres y tres bellas mujeres. Decidí hacer este canal para dar lo que por gracia he recibido de Dios, y para compartir con ustedes lo que he aprendido en la cocina atreves de los años. Mi especialidad es la comida Puertorriqueña, pero tengo recetas de varios países del mundo.Algunas recetas las compartiré con ustedes a medida que las voy preparando por primera o segunda vez. Muchas de mis recetas son puertorriqueñas otras no. También mi esposo Kelvin Mensah , estará compartiendo con nosotros en mis videos , este canal sera nuestra esquina boricua fuera de la Isla,donde rescataremos tradiciones culinarias. Los invito a que vean mis videos, ya que, son Muy fáciles de preparar, con ingredientes sencillos que tenemos en casa, alacena o en el tu supermercado mas cercano.

Having said this keep in mind not to give away your spirituality or power away to those who don't appreciate your channel. You did something most 60 yr old women might have thought about but never dared. You fell in love with a younger man, honored GOD by getting married, honored each other by marrying and moved to a totally foreign country. You are a 60 year old trailblazer. Si supieran la burocracia que los ciudadanos estadounidenses tienen que pasar para obtener la visa de esposo que más fácil sería cruzar el Río Grande. Pero una vez que llegue no lo aceptarán. Yo quizás tenga otro medio pues mi esposo español y yo nos casamos en la Florida USA. Entraría como turista y se queda para hacer los papeles allí mismo. Ya que luego de casarnos nos mudamos a España para él terminar de cotizar la seguridad social ya hacen 7 años.
