It's day 3 on board carnival celebration and we are in beautiful Amber Cove Dominican Republic join me as I reveal some little known facts about this Port and surrounding area and at the same time Tour and learn about this amazing island Plus later catch a Vegas style show, the best I've seen by carnival back on the ship tonight!

I liked this video after the first few minutes. I read other people's comments on how great the video is. I wasn't going to leave a comment since this was over a year ago. BUT, this really was an excellent video! Im going back soon, and although I have been a few times, you have shown me things i hadn't seen. Plus, the warning about those steps!!!!! 😂

Very nicely done👉Just wanted to say the small beach next to the port is a free public beach. You walk out of the port. Hang a left and then another left. Walk to the end of the road. It’s a little sketchy so don’t go alone. Venders will pest you as always. 😂 If your good with that enjoy your free beach day 👍

First time visiting Amber cove December last year and I was kind of upset because I did a excursion to Ocean world when I seen all the stuff that you could do there I'm like we could have stayed here so when we go back in May we definitely will explore the port I love the shark store they had these cute little lace wooden umbrellas one for an adult and one look like for a doll baby had a lot of little neat stuff in there can't wait to go back thanks for the video also I took a lot of pictures with all the statues except for the Diablo one

Great video! I’m very hesitant to eat at the buffet especially with everyone touchy touchy and not enough washy washy lol but you made me rethink it! Food looked delicious

you have every reason to be cautious, there are some nasty people out there, but i think if we keep our hand washed and sanitized and hope everyone else do the same we'll all be ok.

They are located right in the port area turn right soon as you come out the duty free shop and they are free of charge

Enjoyed the video. Amber Cove is one of my favorite places. Went to Ocean World in December. Next time I am gonna have to try to tackle those steps to the Sky Bar. The view was breath taking in your video. Keep up the good work!

YOU GUYS! YA'LL!! Why aren't you eating at Shaq's or the coffee shop or Emerill's or even the MDR for breakfast? Or heck even Blue Iguana? Or Shaq's, Guys, Chibang, the Coffee shop, the Deli and about 42 other places for lunch:??? Yer killin me lol Last time we were in Amber Cove we did an ATV excursion that involved a road that I was fairly sure was going to kill me or at least give me a back injury. We barely made it back to the ship on time. This time we're going to just do the port area, so this was a great "how to" for us. Again, you are doing an amazing job on these vlogs.

Great video. Just wanted to add that the Jurassic Park movies were not filmed in Amber Cove. All the Jurassic Park movies were filmed on the Hawaiian Islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu.

Hardly showed the pool much… this will be our 3rd time at Amber Cove… we haven’t ventured out because there is plenty to do here or just hang at the awesome pool. The Cabanas are worth it if you have a larger group (up to 8) and nice to have some AC for those that need it but close to the pool… if I wanted to see ship food or buffet I’d look for a video on that and not a video that claims to be about Amber Cove…

Great video, i am planning on going to Amber Cove this summer and i was wondering, am i able to leave Amber Cove completely and explore outside outside? also is the duty free the only place i can buy liquor bottles or could i buy them outside the duty free? i want to buy some special made mamajuana from there and wouldn't want to get the wrong bottle when they hold it for me until we get back. i assume they hold on to a lot of bottles lol

Yes you can leave amber cove and yes it's so much more to see than people know taxes are available for you are you can just book an excursion that goes around to the local areas and yes the ship is gonna hold your liquor until the last day

Yes we did get up a little late at this Port since we didn't have any excursion planned and we've been here so many times but I do plan to try breakfast in the dinning room on my next cruise in April
