Thank you for this great video Blake! We've only tried the surf and turf at the Steakhouse. It was good but nothing exceptional. I think I might try the Ribeye this time.

What’s the difference between the cowboy and the spiced rubbed ribeye???

The cowboy steak is tougher and maybe a little larger but still good. The spiced rubbed ribeye in my opinion has more flavor and is what is recommended to me by the staff.

We tried the steakhouse and had the surf and turf. We were not impressed. Enjoy the main dining room much more!

Have you found any deals for steakhouse dining? Trying to decide to make a reservation early or wait to get on the ship

Thanks for visiting! I’ve not found any deals that make the steakhouse cheaper. The only deals I’ve seen are the free bottle of wine for booking the first night. If you play in the casino, they will sometimes comp the steakhouse and also make the reservation for you.

Is it kids friendly? When is the best time to book? 1st, 2nd, 3rd day? Etc..

Kids are welcome to go. It depends on your schedule. Some people book the first night because they give a free bottle of wine and because it’s a great way to kick off the cruise, and because you haven’t already been eating all week. However my family really likes the food in the main dining room on the first night so we like to book the 2nd night which is usually a seaday for us also which means we won’t be exhausted like we will after a port day. There is no best day to book just whatever works for your family and also whatever times might be available. Sometimes the steakhouse is fully booked. Have an awesome cruise!!

It’s $42 dollars for adults and include 1 appetizer, 1 main entree, 2 sides, and 1 dessert! Have a great cruise!

Probably around 1.5 hours give or take a little depending on how many people you have.
