The legend has a decent amount of options when it comes to dining and bars compared to older carnival ships. The entertainment staff is great and you should be fine during the sea days. We’ve sailed on Holland America before and their food is amazing, so you might just need to be wary that Carnival will not be on the same level. But a vacation and not having to cook is always better than being stuck at home. Let us know how you end up liking the legend!

@@BoatBreakersNJ eventually, ALL the ships out there will be larger as the smaller older ones are retired. But the Baltimore port can only handle / fit those smaller ships...which leaves a dim future for Baltimore UNLESS they dredge!

I agree with you completely, the smaller country ports can't handle the large amount of passengers 😔

@@BoatBreakersNJ it's not the guest capacity that may end Baltimore's port. It's the size of the ships. They have to make it under the Francis Scott Key Bride. As it is now, it clears by about 10 feet at best.

That's so unfortunate but I agree! We went on the MG last year but it was only sailing at 60%. I saw they were sailing over capacity unfortunately!! Which isn't fair to us. I think some.of the smaller ships are awesome 🥂

@@BoatBreakersNJ Between the 4 of us (we shared) We had the appetizers- marrow/tar-tar, shrimp cocktail, the oysters, mushrooms. i feel like we had salad, but not memorable. entrees - surf/turf, filet mignon, cowboy steak, lamb chops, sides-yukon gold mash, mac n'' cheese, sauteed mushrooms dessert was a let down. we wanted the table art but was not available. Think we had cheesecake and chocolate dome thing. The food was excellent. oh. free bottle of wine. We dined the night we sailed. We had signed up for the chef's table, but was cancelled the week before sailing. My 18 year old foodie was in hog heaven on this ship. bonais sushi twice and crab legs from the sea food place, and of course, all the included. I want to cruise again. Maybe just me and my husband. this was a graduation cruise for our boys. one from high school and one from college. The excursions were fantastic. I love the idea of cruising, but don't like the mega ships. I NEED to be in the water with my snorkel mask on though. LOL

That sounds like a lot of great food! I feel like you can't let the little things get to ya! If you're there to have a great time, go have a great time ☺️ Which, it looks like, is exactly what you and your family did!

@@mandywalker3393 if you don’t want mega ships you should try vista class ships, they offer new dining venues but aren’t gigantic!

Bruno Mars One Time One I went there oh my God let me tell you what so someone got air lifted on the ship then another person got here lasted then someone fell down the stairs we had the ambulance come out and my fire truck and the doctors on board
