Yessss! I’ve never heard anyone mention this food aversion before, but after a LIFETIME of cravings for breads and cakes and candies etc etc etc, I really couldn’t care less about food now. It’s a bother to eat so I have to force myself! 😂 I never dreamed this could happen for me!!! Finally FREE from all my food cravings and addictions!!

I have a question about the dizziness you mentioned. Was it when you were strict and did it subside?

Hi! Janah here, yes the dizziness did subside when I ate more food. At the 8 week point when I first started lion I had to force myself to eat a little more than I was. That's just me personally though 😊

Janah, just a qq. did you get meat aversion in the early days? If so, how did you get through that? I get 3 days in and I just cannot look at another piece of bacon or another egg or another steak. It doesn't last, but I end up 'breaking my streak' every 3 days!

your body might just need a rest , if you came from a bad diet your body might just want to flush out your system and not eat for a few days. If you dont feel like eating for a day or 2 then dont , maybe try some bone both when not wanting to eat meat as this will still keep some nutrients coming in

Try canned mackeral or sardines for three days to give you a break off meat.

Hi! Janah here, I didn't get meat aversion, I got food aversions really. I just didn't feel like eating, even when I knew I needed to/felt really hungry. The only thing that helped me through it was the Barbell air dried steak. I kind of live on it now!
