Steven, I really like that you not only show the cast iron, you actually use it! You inspired me 13 months ago to finally take the plunge and go carnivore. I'm proud to say, I have stuck to it, and would never go back. This looks like a great recipe to try! God Bless!

Just got this pan . Went for walk down to the base PX where the wife is living . Seen this pan in clearance 25 % off price 1/2 of the label was missing ,I'm going take it off any how .I snatched it went up to paid got outside getting readey head home and just realized I was walking .That was long 1 1/2 mile hump home carrying cast iron pizza pan down the road.

Thank you.... I'm doing carnivore but I have a salad occasionally and I use some seasonings.. I think God wants us to have some variety... I also firmly do not believe that fiber is not a good thing... I know my body and it likes a little bit of fiber..

This looks awesome I just bought the pizza pan from your link and some course salt from your link thank you for the recipe I will be making this I am going to incorporate cheese and heavy cream in my Conavore way of eating and see how it goes.

I have one of those pizza pans. I use parchment paper to make the pizza on and to slide it onto a preheated pan. Pull the parchment out after a couple minutes. It does a great job on a conventional pizza. I use it on the grill also to make pizza.

Love this Carnivore pizza! I cook my pizzas on a stone, but really appreciate your cast iron pizza pan. This would be great in a Keto diet too.
