@@awesomerikd168 anyone can potentially get some magic on their iPhone camera to keep for themselves, I try not to record a ton when I go to live shows, but I definitely need some memories to take home with me haha, they usually turn out pretty good! And yes Flomarching is incredibly hit and miss sometimes

Just saw SC Vanguard, Blue Devils, and Mandarins tonight and this year is crazy good. Vanguard and BD were amazing.

I'm in love with the contrast - the elevator music towards the end that's surrounded by the death metal...playing off the trumpet solo. Hope to see CCs rehearsal when they're in Akron. Wow.

If crown brass cleans this up like they usually do by end of season they’ll take the Ott for sure. This brass book is nuts in terms of difficulty and complexity.

I dunno, they’re fantastic like always, but the book is pretty tame from a demand perspective compared to years past. I dig the Carl Jenkins ballad though. I’ve always wanted to hear a drum corps do that. Not a bad group to choose to play that! They’re certainly easy on the ears :)

When I saw Crown at their home show, he had a cast or some kind of wrap around his pinky on his left hand

Thank you for sharing. I love this show. Their guard is so great. They have to lighten up on the constant "Right Here! Right Now" chatter. It's a bit overkill. We get it.

@@opem1383 Yes, it's like the Cadets 10 show -- - It's too much. Way too much. You have the best brass line in DCI and an amazing guard. You don't need to ask the audience to participate, you don't have to say "Right Here! Right Now!" 100 times. We get it. They are maybe top 3, maybe top 2. Maybe champion. Who knows.

This is awesome. I really don't like the battery writing... its very jarring at times and doesn't flow with the brass book well IMO. Its just lick after lick and doesn't flow or seem to have memorable macro phrases. Again, my opinion.
