Nice breakdown brother. I don't think the ACL tear will be an issue going forward. He's already stated he'll be back by Training Camp, but I think the Panthers will bring him along slowly like you said since they have Chuba and Miles Sanders. I really feel that Dave Canales system will be the best thing for all the backs. I don't see a big year for JB this year, but next... ooh boy!

Appreciate it fam! And I agree. Canales is gonna FEED these backs this year. And JB doesn’t have to stress carrying the load right away. By next year, it’s gonna be fun watching him take over

Much love brother! I appreciate that, I hope all is well your way! And I feel like that’s the goal with Canales. He wants to stress the run game so I could definitely see Chubba and Brooks taking over the run game. Chubba did really well when he had Foreman wearing out the defense along with him. So having another 3 down back (JB) will elevate Chubba for sure. We could really have a double trouble 2.0 but it’s all gonna depend on the trenches

Brooks has crazy potential, but that injury does scare me a little. The O-line def improved, but that begs the question. If we went O-line instead of Brooks, would Hubbard and Miles be able to make big plays. Dave and the coaches didn't think so, so they drafted Brooks. Will it work, I hope so lol

That’s a great question 👀 I’m not as concerned only bc of the depth we have in the RB room. Hopefully they just ease him in and let him properly heal. Maybe minimal reps and carries until mid- late season

@@mrdonfranklin Well of course we don’t have film on him doing anything since he’s been in the NFL. Hell training camp hasn’t even started yet. Of course we don’t know how everything is gonna translate. All we have to go off of is his college film, just like any rookie this year so far. This evaluation is based off of potential based on his college film.

I wasn't happy with the pick being that high. JPJ was there. Edgerrine Cooper was there. Ray Davis could have been picked in a later round. I'm sure Brooks will contribute, but the draft could have went different.

I can understand that. I was confused on why they skipped out on center. This could hurt us in the long run but JB has the potential to be a star. Gonna depend on scheme and trenches
