Coach Canales is the perfect fit for the Panthers. His positivity and energy is infectious. Pete Carrol believes Canales will be a successful head coach sooner than later. I haven’t been this excited about our team since 2015. CP4L!!!

Let's go, I watched the blueprint episode one the other week on the Panthers app, and wow when he walked into the building he was clapping saying let's go let's go and everybody was chanting "keep pounding" I think it's cool that Dan Morgan replaced Scott Fitterrer. So excited for this year, and the future of the Panthers, let's bring it back, #KEEPPOUNDING

I'm a Packers fan and somehow stumbled on Dave Canales in my research and was looking through his resume and was like wow, that's a really nice resume!! So ended up here on this vid and my first thought was, rookie head coach talking so fast he might need oxygen!! 2nd thought was, he knows what he's doing, and he knows it's not going to happen overnight!! "Let's be good" was a great one!! He needs to find guys that do NOW what he likes and wants and let those guys teach the standards to the rest of the team!! Every coach needs "his standard guys" and the more you get the more the coach can breathe when giving these press conferences!! Panthers' standard needs to be defined and expected by the head coach and I think this guy will get it done!! Great hire Carolina Panthers!!

This man has my complete confidence that he can turn this ship around. The ONLY thing that might get in his way of that is our owner. I seriously pray that Tepper gives this man a true and honest shit, and doesn't fire him after a season or 2 if we aren't making deep playoff runs instantly. As long as there is improvement, let this man continue to work. He has a clearly laid plan, a clear vision for the team, fantastic energy. He could very well become one of those great young coaches talked about like mcvay, and shanahan.

Probably the smart move. If you go read the comments from last year or first year with Rhule (really any new year) everyone is just as hyped drinking gallons of Kool aid at this point. Call me jaded but I think there is going to be some growing pains with a first time HC who was only a OC for 1 season. Doesn't mean he won't be successful long term but I'd be relatively surprised if they came out looking great all year. Hope fans give him some patience.
