I'm just laying here in my bed and I can't go anywhere because I take care of my elderly mom and I'm so grateful to see all this where I really wish I could be with my dog too thank you carolyn for the peaceful beautiful video I just needed to have the little escape for awhile. I used to live in the forest.

I find that it saves lots of hot water and soap if you don’t use oil. I don’t even buy oil and as a vegan I also don’t buy butter. I haven’t missed either. I sauté my veggies in a little broth or water.

Carolyn... I love the solitude of this location. I know it must have been a little chilly, but it looked like a great place to sneak away. I also loved the Tofu meal you made at the top of the video. I love tofu and probably need to cook with it more. 😀 I too have a Bluetti power source just the small one the EB3A but I love mine too.

I'm definitely gonna check into the bluetti for me here in Florida having these hurricanes and losing power. Also no pressure but your as I see it channel needs to show some love to us subscribers 🥰
