Awesome race in the rain! Congratulations ! ---- Something to try (if you have not already) when you know or believe you will be racing in rain is to rub a small amount of car wax all over your helmets visor and then buff it clean (just like waxing a car). It will leave a clear coating behind that the rain water will bead up and run off so you can see better.

Good clean run. Stop waving as that messes with air flow and slows you down. Rocking has no net benefit.

What about when you are on a swing, the rocking makes you go higher

@@666t That's not the same . You are pulling on the chain to the top , reducing the length of the pendulum . A short pendulum reciprocates quicker. Done repeatedly you swing higher due to the greater speed . Every action has an equal and opposite reaction & leaning forward cancels out the leaning backward in the kart . When the kart sits on a slight decline it may not begin rolling due to stiction of both the bearing and tires sitting still . Rocking overcomes the stiction and the kart begins rolling , thus creating the illusion that rocking makes the kart move forward . If I'm wrong , ask a physicist with a degree .

Зумба конечно молодци, еще раз говорю не устанааливайте камеру на гшлем шоферу. Это прежде всего ему мешает и раздрожает меня лично он постоянно вертит головой. Ставте камеру на поручни с зади, я ваша поклонница из России. ❤❤❤

Ten en cuenta que estas carreras son siempre cuesta abajo. Sí tú y tu compañero balanceas al mismo tiempo, haces ganar velocidad... Poca pero lo suficiente para coger un par de kilómetros más. Y referente a la segunda pregunta... Si se ponen horizontal. El habitáculo no te deja mucho espacio en conductor. El compañero trasero la mayoría del tiempo va horizontal.

These people have no idea how physics works. If you move your body foreword fast and back fast you are deleting most of the energy. Go foreword fast, stop fast, go back slowly, and repeat.

No, my friend. Any movement backwards and forwards is pointless; except perhaps from a standing start where you might want to overcome any 'stiction'.
