This video is about the rules followed when there is a Dues or Penalties made.Hope you all like it
1. Striker alone - one penalty n turn close
2. Same coin with striker - two penalties n turn continues
3. Opponent coin pocketed with striker - one penalty n turn close.
4. Same n opponents coin with striker - two penalties n turn continues
5. Two same coins with striker - two pocketed coins n additional coin as penalty n turn continues
6. Doubles - Player sitting right hand side has to keep penalties
7. If no sufficient coins to keep penalty - then player has to wait until d opponents pockets his coins n has to stop play with umpires permission n place d penalty
8. For 2 penalty case - available only 1 coin, then player has to wait until 2nd coin has been pocketed by opponent
9. Placing completes once finger removed inside d outer circle - no further alterations
10. if due placed touching within d Red circle or outer circle then d player himself gets penalty
11. if there is no sufficient space available, then he has to wait until space becomes available
12. if a player place his own coin as a penalty for the opponent, if can be rectified if noticed by the umpire, if not then the placed coin becomes valid
13. if a due is not placed within 15 secs after announcing, then he ll not be eligible to place the penalty
