Ingredients:
- 2 large carrots, finely grated
- 10 to 12 almonds, soaked and skin removed
- 10 to 12 cashews, soaked
- 2 cardamom pods
- Brown sugar or honey, to taste
- Milk
- Water
- Pistachios for garnishing
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the finely grated carrots, soaked and peeled almonds, soaked cashews, and cardamom pods.
2. Add brown sugar or honey according to your desired sweetness level. Pulse the blender until the ingredients are finely ground.
3. Pour in cold milk and a little water to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Blend until everything is well combined.
4. Optionally, you can strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
5. Garnish the carrot milkshake with sliced pistachios.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy this healthy and refreshing drink, perfect for summer.
7. This milkshake can be easily prepared using a regular mixer grinder. It's not only delicious but also beneficial for skin and hair health.
