Carrot Payasam Easy & Tasty!

This video shows how to make a tasty dessert, carrot payasam. This is both tasty and nutritious. It can be made at short notice and can be served hot or chilled.The creamy texture of the payasam gives it a heavenly taste!
Ingredients
Carrot 1 large (grated)
Sugar 1/3 cup
Milk 750 ml
Ghee 2 Tsp
Cardamom 4-5
cashew a few
Pistas a few
Charmagaz(melon, watermelon,cucumber & pumpkin seeds)

A very happy new year to you and your family Gita, I saw the recent carrot payasam and wheat halwa in oven but little bit hesitant because I have this tendency of relishing good food and at the same time I have to be on constant guard about my diabetes do teach us dishes which are rich in fibre and conducive to people with diabetes .
