I had to watch this drama twice then I could do this video, the drama is truly amazing you guys. It's another "soulmate" relationship in 2019, these two... are just so real, not only their chemistry but the way other characters talked about their relationship. So I highly recommend it!!! And about the ending, it's really beautiful and it's a HE for me. Anyways, let me know how you feel if you watch this drama.

Uhh honestly the definition of soulmates. They were inseparable, how they tried to let go of each other but couldn't and till the end they were each others weakness 😭😭😭i cried like a baby honestly who wouldnt💔...It was sad yet beautiful in soo many ways ...Their friendship was it for me, how to move on😭❤❤one of the best period dramas...Woo do hwan yang se jang were amazing❤❤

Now that I have watched the whole series, my heart aches too much for them. They were like two broken souls from the very start and needed each other to complete their lives and whenever they were far from each only pain was felt. I thought I can handle the end but when Hwi said " It's all over, Seon ho" I really lost it. A Lovely edit of an amazing series.

The saddest historical drama I have ever watched . In this drama , Woo Do-Hwan (Seon-Ho) is the most pitiful person . He didn't have a good father, he didn't get the girl, he didn't have any siblings, He never had been loved by someone except Hwi and Yeon. He did everything for Hwi, He even died for Hwi the last. I always cry whenever Seon-Ho cries in this drama !

This series broke my heart with every episode. I was clinging to some kind of hope toward the end just to have my heart broken. I was so happy that it wasn't just another romantic historic series, and had really friendship. The two main characters, Seonho & Hwi, had such tragic beginnings and endings that I just wanted justice for them in the end.

done watching this kdrama and I can say that, it's really phenomenal and amazing because it's not that typical historical kdrama but it is something new and epic! there are a lot of plot twists as well. It talks about real friendship and nation. I love all the casts cause they acted so well and naturally most especially to Yang Se Jong (Seo Hwi) Nam Sun-ho (Woo Do-hwan) because every episodes they showed bravery,enduring the pain and love for each other cause that's what friends are for. And despite all the hardships they've encountered, they have that strong bond that can never break them apart and until the end, all their sacrifices paid off.kuddos to all of them!!!😭👏💕

Hwi’s smile before he died was devastating and beautiful. He didnt want to die but forced a smile into his face to comfort Hee Jae. How to move on from that? I am traumatized :,)

i just finished watching this drama and i don't understand why i am here to make myself cry again. 😅 their ending was the only possible ending i have been seeing, i did try to delude myself that Bang Won will choose another way but writers said no..so we cry together at the fate of these soulmates 😭

This really tugged at my heart. I've never watched this drama, but I was able to grasp the pain the characters felt so easily without even knowing the storyline, all thanks to your incredible editing. I'm extremely tempted to watch this drama now, but I already know it'll be a painful one to watch. I hope you are doing well and that you're taking care of yourself. I watched this series already 2 times and I recommended this one to my mother. She finished it 2 days ago and she cried so much. She says that she still thinks about Sonho & Hwi and especially avou5 the end. The saddest part for her was Sonho's final speech when he was dying. When he said that he never could sleep in peace but now he will be able to sleep like a baby. This one truly had captured our hearts 😢❤ A masterpiece

I just discovered this love story, and I was blown away! Them throwing in the girl for Hwi was so not necessary. You’d have to be blind in one eye, and cannot see out of the other not to get who the real couple was. These two literally could not live without each other. I’m still speechless.

I mean I agree and disagree....she kinda was there to represent that even if he wanted a relationship with her, she can NEVER fully have him because he was choosing Seonho over EVERYONE including her, no matter how much he liked her & she loved him. But I agree and kinda rolled my eyes every time she was on the screen.😂😂😂

@@thanaaabdullah3452agreed! She could be a strong character on her own, she could still be an important character due to her debt to Seo Geom and her as the leader of Ihwaru. The relationship trope could be carried by Seon Ho, Hwi, and Yeon alone, they basically have all the angst, miscommunication, and development on their own. Without romance this story is already incredible and fulfilling.

Beautiful! Just f 'ng beautiful!!! 💓 I am currently watching this series and in the midst of everything I've falling in love with these two. I know how the story ends because I wanted to spare myself the heartbreak later on, but I didn't do justice to myself...I feel I will still feel that pain in my heart. It hurts...It truly does. The death scene between the two...words can't express enough the impact on my heart😢...Anyway, I'll return to my beautiful suffering and finish it.

Awesome video. It captures their relationship perfectly. Congrats. I just finished watching this show and honestly, I felt more empathy towards Seon-ho than Hwi. Seon-ho betrayed Hwi at the beginning but even then he chose to send him to the war to gain him time. It's even said at the show by his father. Because that was the only way he could save him from his father. Seon-ho wasn't ready to either break free from his father or to kill him then. And after that he was constantly trying to help Hwi and save him and Hwi was just so blind he couldn't see the pain and efforts of Seon-ho the entire time until finally, when Nam Jeon died. Hwi on the other hand betrayed Seon-ho several times every time risking Seon-ho's life. He was so driven by his anger that he didn't realize it until he finally apologized in the cave before the final episode. I found Hui-Jae's character annoying. She caused so much trouble with her self-righteousness. If only she had listened to Seol at the beginning both Seon-ho and Hwi could have survived.

@@ririsasy Yeah, beyond evil takes some time to kick in. I don't have ig or Twitter. For bromance level like My country, it is rare to see, but the cdrama The untamed and word of honor would have something similar. The untamed is on Netflix. I just listed shows I know that have bromance in them.

@@jessa9877 i heard about the untamed often but I check that it has 50+ episodes. I don't think I can follow 😅 (also never actually watch Chinese drama). I remember I like the bromance I saw in school 2013. That was pretty good series too. Focusing on the friendship more than romance. Basically I am just looking for a show that is not heavy on hetero romance and more about friendship. (Probably I will get something out of beyond evil because so far no romance in sight which I pretty much rejoice by this simple fact 🤣)

This drama ruined the Bangwon i loved from Six Flying Dragons. Hated him for giving a really heartbreaking ending for these two. Show should've ended with them living quietly in the North. But no, the writers just love making us all bawl our eyes out.

Imagine if he had married Yeon that’s the only plot this drama is missing if she didn’t die 😤😤 there’s no way he was that devoted to her after her death as a sister 😭 even if he was around other women or got everything he wanted would Yeon still be his soulmate or not?

Am I the only one who can’t get over the fact it was literally Seonho who ruined Hwi‘s life for good???? Seonho always wanted power but Hwi only wanted to survive. In return Seonho sent him to Liaodong, where he couldn’t protect Yeon and then his life progressively got worse.
