Cooking and baking is so much hard work! It’s harder work than many people realize. It took me a few hours to make a batch of 28 egg rolls. It was totally worth it, though. They were absolutely delicious and everyone loved them! It’s a labor of love. I love to cook for the people I love.

I made this cake for a 2 year olds bd. The instructions were so good that my cake looked very similar. The checkered pattern inside the cake turned out perfect! Thank you so much for your time in doing this.

Your cakes always look like you can actually eat them. Your sponges look moist and evenly baked. No giant holes. Other decorator's cakes look like rocks. Who wants to eat a brick?
