I pretty much agree with your rankings, but I would say that any elite car should be avoided. I own them all and I hate them.. The tune ups cost money and make you wait, and Asphalt has a bug where they lose tuning even if you haven't raced them. I freaking hate elite cars.

I'm working on maxpro my Mosler Land Shark. It's actually a very strong car, with 1.386g handling and 1.12 acceleration with tuning kit. It costs about 4,000,000 credits and several v8 engine cards to maxpro it, but it will not disappoint for sure.
