This T5 starts at $60,000. Eventhough it can charge in 10 minutes which is still 5 to 7 minutes longer than a normal car, it's range is still the low short and shitty range you get with Electric which is only 373 miles. Still not the EV im looking for. I'm in need of an EV that falls under the category of, large full size luxury automobile. An EV that fully charges from 0 to 100 percent in the same amount of time it takes to fully fuel a regular car which is 3 to 5 minutes and not 20 minutes or 20 hours. An EV that gives you a range of atleast 500 miles and not with the arm and leg price tag of 100 grand. So far there's no such thing. Short sitting times and long range continues to be reserved for gas cars only. If im going to make the transition to all electric, it has to be equal in features and other comparisons with the ice especially when it comes to down times, long range and price. You can keep all the fancy lighting, speed, and all the other unnecessary technical computer crap which does absolute nothing but increase price. This is key. This is what many of us are waiting for. You come out with an EV with these fine qualities and improvements, Now we're talkin!!! I'll be the first one at the gates to buy one. Till then, I'll keep my large full size luxurious Jaguar XJl. I fully fuel it once a month, (once a month) and takes me 3 to 5 minutes depending on wether or not i run in and grab a coffee. My range is 570 miles which supersedes any EV. And it's paid off at 41 thousand dollars. To make the 831 mile trip from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida, USA, 3 times a year. i need range or the 11.5 to 12.5 hours to complete the trip will turn into 14 to 15 hours by EV. Even better yet, 4 to 6 hours by the ultimate EV, highspeed bullet train technology which is also, (fully electric) but unfortunately that goes far above american understanding therefore is not available in the mighty United States of America. EVs are great and i would love to have one. They just need to be improved......
