We had the chance to do a quick viewing of the outside and inside of the new Ford Mustang Mach-E. This one is a Premium trim with AWD and Extended Range Battery. #Ford #Mustang #MustangMachE

I did my own walk around on Nov. 19 on two versions: one was the same exterior color with a black interior and a red one with the same white interior. I sat in the blue one and fell in love right away. This is a very solid vehicle with a lot going for it. Now all I need is a test drive.

I won’t buy an suv with a panoramic roaster unless it has an OEM shade.

if I recall correctly from another video, the trunk can be opened and closed via the foot kick underneath routine as long as the fob is available (in pocket or purse works). Seems a bit on the small side related to the trunk. Might be hard to get me out of my Lincoln MKX or maybe a new Genesis. Don't care for the new Nautilus though. The Aviator is wonderful but boxy and a bit long.

It does have the foot motion activated tailgate, we just didn't have access to the fob itself during our viewing. Are you looking specifically for an Electric or PHEV? Aviator of course has a pricey PHEV in the Grand Touring. Genesis has yet to announce any production electrified vehicles yet. Cargo space in the Mach E does come up a bit short of the MKX/Nautilus/Edge. Due to that fastback roof. 29 cubes behind the 2nd row, and 60 when all folded down.

Sadly it does not have the famous sequential turn signals. Now pay close attention to what I’m saying. The signal lights come on all at once then do the sequential signal as they are going off. Again turn signal on, lights just come on then do the sequential thing as they go off then on again etc.

Not sure if they had to change to accommodate US lighting regulations. Will be curious to see if next Mustang keeps today's style of sequential. Avalon does this type of full on and sequential off. Audi has to use the brake light added turn signal in the US.

We'll have our content guide up soon. Pricing starts just under $44,000 (with destination) for a standard range, rear wheel drive unit. You may also be able to leverage up to $7,500 in federal tax rebates if you purchase. The GT will be up over $60,000 MSRP. But it has AWD standard.

Hands down. Ford has over taken Telsa. It is stronger, heavier with more room and innovation. Divided by the size, the battery lastest longer too. Best of all, you can actually find mechanics to maintain it, one big downside with Tesla.
