I took a solo trip to Cartagena, Colombia and LOVED every bit of it. The vibrant colors of the city draws you in while the food make you feel right at home! I learned a lot history during my Palenque tour and plan to go back once again in the near future!

Just a loving military wife who enjoys exploring the world and creating memories. I graduated college in 2018 and moved to China immediately after to teach English overseas. While living in China, I also found my husband there! I always had a thirst for travel because I enjoy learning something new everyday. Thank you so much for sharing. Ive been a solo traveler for about 22 years now. I will be traveling to Colombia at the end of this month. Would you mind sharing your experience with street vendors? I get mixed reviews about overly excessive hustling/begging

Honestly, I didn’t have an issue with the street vendors. I politely said no and kept walking. They usually have a group of boys that come up to you and rap for money, but I rapped back and asked for money in return and we all laughed about it. The vendors don’t touch you and follow you for long which is what I like.

Hello and thank you for watching! Someone recommended a fb page called Cartagena Cheap and Safe. The guy that runs the page offer the tours and he was really reliable and great at communicating. Btw, I just came back from Amsterdam! It’s so beautiful!

Haha yes! A lot of people went full under. I heard it took them days to get all the mud off of them haha.

How did you like Bora Bora? Service? Food? Beach? Music? Was the VIP worth it?

I loved Bora Bora! I chose it because I didn’t want the party spot that everyone had recommended. I wanted to chill on the beach and look at the beautiful view. The food was excellent and the music was okay… just techno music. The VIP was worth it because you had your own cabana bed.

Sorry for the late response here! No, I didn’t go to any clubs but there were a lot around. Hit up the walled city and you’ll see many night clubs there.
