Carter buys a new team rar fire truck and he attempts to drive accross the country in 24 hours. the tire pops on the personal fire truck and the cops get called. carter gets stuck on the side of the road until carter and his brother stephen sharer has to come and help him. Fire trucks, on the other hand, are perfeclty legal to own and operate. When a fire department sells a truck, they list it with a company such as Fire Line Equipment and anyone can bid on it. So the cop and you are wrong 😅

As a law enforcement enthusiast, I don't think philadelphia security vehicles are in the state of Virginia. According to the law, it is completely legal to own a fire truck if you own the tags, and everything else for it.
