Don’t be bummed! White gold is almost always rhodium plated. Your ring is as well. It’s standard for white gold.

Thank you! I love the way both rings look side by side as well! The solitaire was actually custom made. Purchased at a jewelry shop called Giroux near Montreal! The same jeweller just opened a second shop in Kingston, Ontario... if ever you’re from the area! ☺️
