Check out some of Scotts art on his platforms! @scottdowart
There's something about carving with another carver that I just really appreciate. Two creative minds coming together trying to make a vision come to life. I only get to do it once in a blue moon, so I'm just really thankful I had the opportunity to carve with another artist and not just any artist, Scott!
These tables are amazing and can't wait to see what else Scott makes with these tables and more! Check out some of Scotts art on his platforms! @scottdowart
Thanks for watching!

Everyone in the comments has it wrong. True talent isn't some mystical god given gift, everyone has talent locked inside of them. It just takes an extreme ammount of hard work to unlock it. I guarantee this guy has over 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to get where he is at. Nobody blessed him with talent, he worked his ass off to unlock it.

Eu sou marceneiro, carpinteiro, eu entalho qualquer coisa em madeira. O ser humano q nasce com o dom pra mexe com isso não precisa se esforçar pra que isso aflore em sua vida, isso acontece naturalmente sem esforço nenhum.

@@edsonrodrigues1713 I completely disagree, there isn't a human on planet earth that has ever had anything happen without any effort. I challenge you to name one person in all of human history that was able to do anything naturally without effort.

Projects like this, as a collaboration or as an individual, with inputs from both customer and artist are a blast, and make for special memories. While working for a small specialty structure manufacturing company I made some scale models of projects to test and prove concepts. The salesman wanted a scale model for presentation and demonstration to potential clients, which had to be capable of transportation as luggage. Consequently this led to a whole other side of the business that none of use expected.

Would be awesome to learn more about his process of drying/finishing these pieces and how they end up being displayed/installed if you get a chance to do another video with him! Ive always been curious if these end up being man cave centerpieces or actually functional bar tops or what. Super interesting stuff!

Dogs scare you? Either you had a bad experience with a dog as a child or your parents never introduced you to dogs as pets when you were a child. And somehow I think it was the latter. Dogs are known as man's best friend for a reason. It's well documented that dogs save lives and protect people and property. Have you ever heard of a "Guard Cat"? Or a cat saving a drowning person? How about Police Felines (cats) Dogs are the best unless treated harshly, and even the nicest person will lash out towards someone harming them. Don't be afraid of Dogs. Once you achieve their love and loyalty then you'll find none better in the world.

@@chainsawjenna Oh, my bad. As you can tell I dearly love dogs. If raised from pups you will never find a more loyal friend. So I'm glad to hear that you're not afraid of dogs because that would be just sad.
