Nice and educative video, but please can the one presenting , do so without a face mask At times it quite difficult hearing especially not so familiar with the accent . If the one presenting the case can present without the face mask . Thank you

Hi good morning sir @ gireesh sir..sir as u told that doc in isolated systolic HTN is amlodipine.. But sir i have a question ... that. As amlodipine is DHP type ccb, it has no action on heart .. rather it acts only on blood vessels - (artery dilator).. so it should be given in DIASTOLIC HTN na?? Sir Please correct me if i m wrong here..🙏
