Plz don’t give statements like this dear 🙏 Just remember that hypoglycemia and hyponatremia can be stroke/TIA equivalent . Presentation can be atypical not described in the text books!! Even more clear, for example if vasculature to one eye already compromised for any reason and this case underlying malignancy post CTRT etc etc causes.. Hope it is clear.
