What we should do about the deliveryp part of the case? All the calculation, structure, brainstorming… is actually really long. How can we summarize that to deliver a concise conclusion?

I think an effective conclusion should contain several parts: short explanation about how you break-down the problems, summarize your issue tree, test your hypothesis and propose recommendations. And make sure to present your idea in a logical way

$40m + $18m ($500k x 36 months) = $58m in cost. 150,000k x 30 = $4.5m x 36 months = $160mm in revenue, or there abouts. Cool $100m profit over 3 years
