A simple case kicker for the Lee Reloader "C" press. I had made a video a couple of years ago, but that one is gone now, so I re-visited this.

Excellent Hack! I remember this one when you first published it a while back, because I installed it soon after! It works great. Instead of notching the arm I just wrapped an elastic around it and that allows minor adjustment easily. Have a good day Viejo!!!

That's a neat trick. A lot of times my first thought is what can I machine to do a certain thing but something like this is as ingenious as anything. Especially when it works as well and for as long as you said. Pretty neat.

I like this. I use a Lee load master that's been reconfigured and modified so that it drops powder over the priming station ( I never prime on press ) so I can use a powder charge indicator in the 3rd station. I also have developed a clutch or on off system on the bullet feeder station so I can turn it off and on as needed. Also I changed the case holders/ retainers with ones that have vertical tabs on them so I can readly pull a case from each station easily ( I have arthritis in my hands which make using the original ones hard). The last mod was a ben at station 3 so I can rotate the case ejector and open the case retainer to kick em out at this point. This allows me to place a dedicated de caping head in and decap hundreds of cases in short time. Pistol or rifle. The Lee load master is really one of the most versatile presses if you know how to use it. None of the mods are permanent and will not void the warranty if put back to original with the exception of the Lee bullet feeder. It requires a hole be drilled into the action arm to add my clutch on/off mod.

Thanks for all the mod descriptions, David. I have arthritis in my hands as well. I don’t have the Load Master, but own a dozen or so presses from Dillon, RCBS, Lyman, Lee and Redding. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸

Nice set up. I made one out of a SS hose clamp like the rcbs case kicker. I use the same Lee press to deprime all my cases. Worked ok but I found the new Lee shell Holders. I mounted it sideways Ina metal box like a 50 cal ammo box. I use the Lee express shell holders. After the deprime stroke the case fall out into the box. Take care.

Hi, John. For Larger runs, such as when its time to clean up a bucket of range pick-up brass, I “batch” deprime on the Lee APP. Your set up with the express shell holders sounds great!🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸
