Quick qn: So if you have information for months prior to required budget months, would you add the closing balance to the given opening balance or do you focus on just the given opening balance. e.g. u have cashflows for June and July and you need to prep budget for Aug - Oct with a given opening balance for Aug. Do you add the closing balance of July to the given opening balance for Aug?
