Interleafing your newer bills with older bills helps shuffle them when counting.

With potentially more self guided time on your hands come fall, keep your eyes peeled for folks getting rid of, thinning out, or just plain goiing away shrubs, bulb and tuber type things, and perennials. Maybe even some raspberries, strawberries, or rubarb.

I haven't looked into how much the professional prop money might cost but homemade can be a nice money saver for the short term!

If ypu buy your patio chairs at Fred Meyer, theyvused to have a policy thst if an item went on sale within 90 days of the initial purchase, you could take your receipt in and get a refund for the difference between the regulsr price and the sale price; no need to bring the product in nor that they had available stock on the shelf. The reason is that people were returning product (often opened or even assembled) purchased at a higher price then walking to the shelf to buy brand new product at the lesser, sales price. - I dont know if this is still the case.

We'll need to see if that is still the policy - we bought one of the chairs and wouldn't you know it, a few days later it did go even more on sale so if we can get a few bucks back for the 1st one that'd be a nice option.

@@MistakesWereMade-MWM As I say, if you save a few cents here and a few cents there, pretty soon you have enough money for a McDonald's hot fudge Sunday. Actually, I used to use a parking lot that kids would toss all thier coins in. Saturday morning during football season was thee time to park there for picking up parking lot coins. I made it a point to collect coins in my car then when there was enough go to McDonald's for a hot fudge Sunday. Those were extra delicious Sunday's.
