Hey 💕 so the weekly $ I give myself isn’t technically for shopping always. I don’t shop a ton but I do have quite a bit of money in my checking that I use if I do wanna shop or whatever & I don’t have enough in my envelopes to cover it. & I’ve built my checking up by saving $50-$100 from each check & any extras I make from my side hustles I keep in checking so I have a good amount in there to shop with if I want too after bills are paid. Also if it’s a big purchase I sometimes will dip into my personal savings and splurge a lil. I don’t like to use credit cards anymore & rarely do unless i specifically plan too & know I can pay it back. I would say save as much as you can from each check after you pay bills & add to your savings that way you’ll have the extra there to shop or spend on yourself 💕💕
