I would suggest when you purchase a home that you get a home warranty. The warranty covers most of the appliances in your home as well as garage doors.

Awrsome video. Hope gour hubby had a nice Father's Day. When you get gour home you purchase a home warrwnty that covers all that stuff so you only pay deductible if somwthing breaks down, your washer, dryer a/c, water heater etc is all covered so you dont have to qorry about paying all that kind of money. The payment is included in your mortgage. I had one and i was so thankful i did. It covers plumbing too. I think you should give to both the waitress and homeless man split between the two. I think its wonderful that your able to do that as you bless others god blesses you 🙏🏻 ❤ love the month ahead tracker makes a lot of sense to have one. Im in the middle of moving so my challenges are on hold till after I move and see where I am after i settle in. Cant wait to see you in the next one 🖋🖋🖋

I don't know a whole lot about KZfaq when it comes to ads and stuff, but when you started counting your rent, you said, '1...2...3...' and then it launched into an ad with cars racing and... it was very well placed/timed. ::pen emoji it won't let me put::

Here's a few ideas for savings trackers: Hurricane Season Earthquake repairs/back up funds Let it Snow (save to get stocked up before winter hits!) off grid supplies next year's garden these are just some of the ideas I had being a prepper. and for the Crafters out there-- Crafting supplies! Love the cash stuffing! Theres a lot of pros and cons with renting and owning a home. Biggest pro in renting is that you only worry about rent and utilities. That water park looks a lot of fun!!! 😊🩷🖋️

My bank doesn’t have a coin machine and I don’t have the patience to roll up the coins myself. So I will happily skip to my local Walmart to the coin star machine and pay the fee. Lol.

I agree. Living in North Carolina is definitely not the place you want to be in when you have no ac. Luckily the landlord did a temporary fix so we have it up and running. She will be replacing the entire unit soon. 🙌🏼
