Hi! Can you do a video on what goes into making your videos? What kind of set-up you have, why you chose the filming area you did, what you use to edit, etc? I watch tons of budgeting videos and you don't see all the work that goes into filming for KZfaq.

I have State Farm insurance for my two vehicles and home (both vehicles are mine and I am the only driver). I pay my premiums monthly. For full coverage, I only pay $96.29/mo for both vehicles (Lexus and Dodge Ram), 100 comp, 250 collision, 100/100/300. Many people simply do not believe how low my insurance rates are, but I am a good driver and use the program "drive safe and save" or whatever it is called, where they put a tiny thing in your car to monitor your driving. I've been doing this for 4 years now.

Photographers definitely vary.... and you usually get what you pay for. I would check to see if any photographers in your area offer a mothers day special... like a mommy and me kind of thing or maybe a Spring special. Sometimes it will just be a mini session. I used to have a photography business :) I'm a serial entrepreneur lol

Ohh good to know Melissa thank you! Looking in to mini sessions now, that's probably more what I want anyways haha. 💗💗💗

I'm a professional photographer in Indiana. I would say if you're looking to do a mini session $150 is reasonable. It's anywhere from $150-$250 for a mini in my area. A full hour session is more like $400-$600. So many photographers offer great discounts for fall mini sessions!

Received my second order from you. It’s beautiful. While anyone can cash stuff with basic envelopes, the pretty inspires me if that makes sense. 😂 Great video. You’re making such great progress! Congrats!

The way you consolidate money at the end of the month is so smart. I may need to give that a try myself.

Until I can afford official placeholders.....i got some crisp one dollar Bill's at the bank, added a strip of wide washi tape, marked the washi with a sharpie $100 and I did $1000. A low cost option until I can afford more.

Depending on your cash needs for your next stuffing ....could you use the consolidation money (or part of it) for your next cash stuffing and maybe save a trip to the bank. Obviously the amounts would be different. This would not be something you would show or talk about on video - it would be extremely confusing. Just trying to save a busy Mama some time. Love all your videos. I finally ordered from your etsy shop today . I cant wait to get my A6 binder setup. I have been using a walmart $1 binder and some 25 cent zipper pencil pouches I got on sale this past fall. I worked but I'm ready to move up. Lol. Love all your videos. I'm working on my vision cards next.

this is always my question I still can’t figure out. What’s the most responsible thing to do with leftover funds each month? For example if I have $10 left over in groceries at the end of the month, where should I put it? I imagine savings somewhere, towards something? What do you do with the over amount for monthly things like gas or groceries you don’t use?
@Ann-Marielivingonabudget
@Ann-Marielivingonabudget 2 жыл бұрын
You could definitely use those leftover funds to do a couple of things: you could pull it all out of each category and put it toward your month ahead category, or you could just leave it in there for a little extra padding in each category for when unexpected stuff comes up (a rise in gas prices, a stock up sale price on a food item). Or, you could pull all the extra funds and put them toward debt, retirement or a savings category that feels urgent at that moment. 🙂 Each of those options is responsible, but what you chose to do with it depends on what your situation calls for. If you have an older car, maybe your repairs or new car fund is a little more urgent, but maybe you didn't start saving for retirement earlier, so that may be where the extra funds should go. Or maybe the economic roller coaster makes your budget feel a little shaky right now and you just want to build your month ahead goal...you choose based on your needs. And you can always change it the next month as your circumstances change!

You didn’t take notes or write anything down so how will you know where to put the money for bills and savings?
@esme8694
@esme8694 2 жыл бұрын
So basically, instead of going to the bank and saying, "hey can you change these small bills to big bills?", you are your own bank. 🙌 Then you're just depositing your money.
