Ya i know its hard to get one, online a brand louis devin selling watches for 300-400 having jubilee strap, i think with some amendments you can use this strap. amzn.eu/d/3WXoAhI

Yes but that 2 mm can be managed by sanding( visit a watch shop) the main problem that the end curve will match that with casio or not
