Guess you don’t. I disagree with Roberta, a man that encourages his daughter to help him molest an 8 year old is not going to change, and it's likely that eventually he would've stopped considering her his daughter and started hurting her too. And if he had gone to prison, the moment he got out he'd be able to manipulate his daughter into doing it again because even ten years dead, she still defends him. So no, killing him--although I do not recommend such action as a solution to everything-- was the best option to keep his daughter from following down the same path as his father and protecting her daughter.

Exactly. He wasnt gonna change. Thats something psychological, not just moral. He couldve spent eternity in prison and it wouldve changed nothing. Its not like the mother is denying murdering him. She did her time. She has to live with the consequences as she has been. Yes, she could earn money herself, but she's an ex convict. The job market is very very limited for people with that on their records. This just comes down to money at the end. I feel bad for the defendant and all that she went through, but if she stepped backand saw the man for who he was, she wouldnt even want to call him her father.

I understand the step-daughter being in pain for not having a dad, but the way she defends him after he raped an 8 year old (!) And the fact that her dad made her do stuff with this child is just so sad. If I found out my dad was a rapist and a child molester I wouldn’t want to see him anymore. Dead or alive I’d be happy to not see him because that is one of the lowest crimes you can commit. I think the step-daughter really needs psychological help ASAP especially if she’s been suicidal

As a mother, I would of done the same thing as the mom here. Killed the guy and did jail time because one man decided to ruin the life of a child. 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽 to the Mother!!! My heart goes out to her. ❤️ she unfortunately had to pay for a crime I believe any loving mother would do! And will now struggle to live a “normal” life after not being able to be there for her daughter when she most needed her. That girl is just plain rude you were 11 old enough to know right from wrong, yes the woman’s daughter is alive and that horrible man in dead. But her daughter will never be the same again her daughter will never be able to be normal, who knows how she is mentally. The money was rightfully hers the Roberta girl still has 250,000. I get where the daughter is coming from, she didn’t know what was going on and she never realized the monster he truly was, she saw her dad as a hero and when he died she had to endure all the pain but what the mother did was truly heroic, she was willing to spend 15 years in prison for her daughter, everyone is a victim in this situation and my heart really goes out to all of tjem
