I was in a bluegrass band in 1974 that played that John Denver song! But it does kinda fit for West Virginia-obviously! But I remember when they had the loader with the logging train as well! Being there in the 80s and 90s was great! We didn't have hi-def yet but it seemed more rustic back then! Whittaker was almost empty-lots more tables there now! Great runby at Back Mountain Road! By the way, I'll be posting more Cass from the 80s and 90s.

@david245611 OK, I don't get to go to cass as often as I'd like to because my parents don't take me, the only time I get to go is when the West Virginia Operation Lifesaver Rail Camp goes, because I'm a yearly camper. I always thought that the whistle ran on shay 2 was shop built.
