I have the Neutrogena Hypdro boost. I purchased it a long time ago when I first started watching Dr Dray. I’m almost to the end and I will not repurchase. BC as you said there are many other good dupes out there.

A great better "dupe" for the neutrogena water cream, for us Brazilians (thank God 🙌🏼) is from the (also) Brazilian brand Natura, which is cruelty free, treats people ans the environment right... Hey Cassandra big fan this side. I am suffering from a skin disease and I don't know what is it. What happen is my face becomes patchy and dry during winters. These white patches are so dry and I feel like my skin is shedding. I visited many doctor but none of their suggested medicine helped me out. Some says that it's nothing just calcium deficiency. Some says that it's due to dandruff. They would recommend me face washes, shampoos,and face creams that are so expensive. And that okay but the problem is none of these helped me out. So I am here .you are so knowledgeable and I think can help me out. Reply soon winters are about to come and I don't want to suffer again.

Yes! And the difference between dry scalp and dandruff! They are not the same and shouldn’t be treated the same. Dandruff is a type of seborrhoea and you should use medicinal shampoo, dry scalp can get dryer by those shampoos and make your scalp even itchier

I have to agree with Cassandra on the fact that although Neutrogena isn’t the best skincare brand, the hydroboost range is damn good, it really helped my skin when I used their cleanser and gel cream

Although they are really good I’m sure you can find good dupes or products just as effective for the same price :) I use a lot more pharmacy brands nowadays like Uriage, La Roche Posay, Avene etc ... it’s not that expensive and it works really well :)

Most store brands like up&up or equate aren't cruelty free, however cvs health/beauty 360 are cruelty free so 10/10 recommend.

Dear Cassandra, I am a MD myself (not dermatologist though). First, GREAT JOB of explaining highly complex physiological issues so nicely, comprehensive and simple! Also, I love your sense of humor, so, keep doing this! My question is whether you could have a video on solely organic, no plastic cosmetics, including sunscreen. I am a passionate environmentalist, having a daughter myself, and strongly believing that our actions need to change in order to preserve this planet for the future generations. Could you also maybe recommend more no plastic products? I live in Switzerland and no plastic products are quite expensive, however for me it is worth to invest in. I think the whole ‘hush hush don’t talk about naturium’ is so shady in the skincare world and that thumbnail was clickbait when you did not go into it how you feel about the brand when you feel so free to give your opinion on others. This is the reason why being part of a ‘community’ is not a good idea when you are doing reviews of products from that community. Don’t mention the brand at all if you don’t want go into the shadiness of the launch or just say you are too biased to give an honest opinion. But to actually recommend a product from them without going into the brand in A VIDEO ABOUT BRANDS AND PRODUCTS...just no.

Cassandra, could you make a video *just* about SPF? What do I do if I wear make up- how do I reapply? What if I get super oily and need to dab my face - do I reapply? Do I have to wash my face in between reapplications? What sunscreen works best for acne prone oily skin? Literally everyone is looking for the perfect sunscreen and I feel like nobody has found it, so maybe you could make this a series? Sunscreen info, Sunscreen for oily skin, Sunscreen for dry skin etc.

tragically, my favorite cleanser is from neutrogena and while Ive found other cleansers that are similar, Ive never found another that has the perfect balance of feels-like-washing-your-face-with-a-moisturizer and not leaving a weird film.

The thumb nail is off putting. Because she is a role model to young girls. I wouldn’t like to see a young person give the middle finger just because they don’t like something. She is very smart and have a lot to give. This isn’t necessarily behavior for her channel.

Olay Total Effects is the only moisturizer that hasn't blocked my pores. I know it has fragrance (which is barely detectable) but for me at least, it's great.
