Yes good option and looks cool. But atleast 4 ton since 400 sqft. Mitsubishi Electric has very good options in high tonnage cassette ac. Should cost somewhere around 1,50,000 for 4 ton option and 1,30,000 for 3 ton option. Daikin also has some good options in cassette ac

@@BigBrotherTalking but isn't 4 ton too large for the space? I think 3 ton is optimum size, because 2 ton can cool upto 250- 280 sq ft

Bhai garmi itni jyda padh rahi kaha sa cooling karega lekin agar raat ma cooling nahi kar raha to aap uska filter saaf kardo uska bad bhi nahi ho raha to gas check karwalo 2 ma sa ak fault hoga
