CASSIDY'S 1960's Seth Thomas bracket clock with a German FHS bim bam movement!

Күн бұрынHey everyone! I am currently visiting my great friend @cassunn in Massachusetts. We decided to arrange a little clock trade which resulted in me getting this beautiful little clock (and a lot of really cool records too!). In exchange she received a Karl Lauffer mantel clock and a Fernkaufstette kitchen clock, which I brought with me on my trip. You can see her video of the trade right here:

I have few Seth Thomas clocks in my collection! Most are over 100 years old except for 1950 Northbury electric and 1987 Legacy 3W Westminster chimes. My chime No.92 just turned 100!

Very nice! Since I'm located in Bavaria, Germany it's very hard for me to get my hands on any American clocks. This is only my second Seth Thomas in my collection and a very unusual combination of American & German on top

@@linsclockandmusicchannel Seth Thomas Clock company started importing the movement from Germany in 1956 and prior to 1956 are made in Thomaston, Connecticut but used to be Plymouth Hollow until 1865!
