Hi Cassiy, I’ve been watching your videos and opened my shop yesterday. I uploaded 4 listings. Within 3 hours I was suspended with no email explanation, and my appeal was denied. Any ideas about what happened?

update- phone support says ban is permanent, and it was "something about my listings," which were 5 different text based t-shirts. I didn't copy anybody's titles/descriptions word for word, or use unrelated keywords. Very weird. I guess I have to abandon it and have my husband sign up.

Cassiy, I have to tell you, I've been following your channel since the beginning and after one year of consistently posting with the approx 1-2 hours a day I had available to me as a young mom, I finally hit $1000 in profit in December. Obviously the Christmas rush, but so much of it can be attributed to making the intention to be more serious about the research and creating a handful of targeted custom shirts in late fall 2023. I feel like I finally see the path forward for myself and am so grateful to you for the knowledge you so freely give! All this while holding my 9 week old in my baby wrap as I write this. THANK YOU

The things slowing me down are the difficulty items harder to list, such as multi designs in one listing, a black version and a white version, grouping shirts, and personality shirts. If I can learn these, perhaps I will have more success. 😊

As always, this was exactly what I needed today! I started back at the end of September and bought the course from Heather then saw your videos for the first time a couple days later. I love Heather but when I am making enough from POD, I plan to also work with you. I was lucky enough to get 70 sales due to Christmas and the fact that I flipped over to Christmas designs in October but now I am only getting a handful of views a day. Mint Chip. I had a shop on Etsy but it got shut down for 30 days a week after I opened it. It was an Etsy error but that was a long time and I didn't want to experience it again so I switched to Shopify. I've been on Shopify for 7 months and I will incorporate most of these great ideas and a couple that you've inspired! Love your videos!!
