Someone has to tell Vito about dairy pills 😂 I take 3 dairy pills before I eat any dairy and it helps my stomach. The pills have an enzyme in them that helps lactose intolerant people digest dairy.

Cows milk is meant for baby cows only. Just like humans, cows only produce milk when they are pregnant and have just had a baby. It is sickening that humans think they have the right to k*ll the babies and steal their milk. If you wouldn’t breast feed from your own mother as an adult, why are you breast feeding from another species? The dairy industry is barbaric, cruel, evil and built on animal exploitation and abuse. Their are plant based milks available.
