looks like some of the old machines we had a TRW. I worked at the piston plant for over 20 years.. We had Acme-Gridley's before the CNC stuff came along. Baker, LaSalle transfer line, and Siarto machines for pin-holes. TRW pistons was a great place to work until they closed @ 2000

They heat treat the pistons before doing machining.

hi , it looks interesting . for simple piston , but for light-weighted structure piston , it i will not work . we run piston casting machine and piston mould factory . service several branded piston factories .

+Oscar Wang Hi Oscar I used to make pistons at Specialoid Pistons in Leeds, UK 50 years ago with technology like this and I was surprised to see this video but actually Egge is making pistons for rebuilding old cars where cost isn't such an important concern.

Looks like a chineese ran facility. No modern nothing, and everything is manual, ran one at time. Shelves full of inventory. You see there process and it doesnt surprise me that there product is inferior to other well known companies that manufacture similar products.
